Galatians 3:13-14 informs us that Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, but that does not mean that sickness will not try to take hold of us. Sickness is a curse of the broken law of God. If God did not want His children to be sick under the Old Covenant, He certainly does not want His children to be sick under the New Covenant, which is a better covenant. Satan doesn't have the right to put sickness and disease on the believer, but he will if you don't know your rights. He must have an opportunity to attack you. God will allow it if you allow it. As believers, we must be knowledgeable of our covenant rights and not simply accept sickness or disease on or in our bodies. Galatians 3:29 says that if you are a son of Abraham, you are an heir of the promise. Therefore, you have a covenant right to walk in divine health.
