In this final installment, Pastor Price explores the roots of division within the church of the Lord Jesus Christ. Beginning with the Apostolic Age to the present day, he outlines in detail the different sects, groups and followings that arose before and after the ascension of Christ. The scriptures speak clearly that Jesus is not returning for a divided body, but rather, a body of believers walking in the unity of the faith and in the bond of peace. (Eph. 4:1-3) Paul admonished believers to mark those that cause dissensions among the brethren. (Rom. 16:17, 18) Many sects and groups rose up throughout the church age, riddled with the traditions of men, which caused division to manifest and prevented the Body of Christ from being on one accord. The Founding Fathers were not all Christians and promoted their different beliefs about God, atheism and freemasonry. History reveals that racism was the driving force behind the founding of several denominations that welcomed the African American.
