Ancient magicians (magi) were those whose information and discoveries came through horoscopes and astronomy. They were the "scientists" of their time. The intellect of man often rejects that which is embraced by faith. Science is a modern-day magic that continually seeks to qualify itself and nullify the existence of God. Pastor Price teaches that many scientific annotations are recorded in the Book of Job such as hydro-thermal vent ecosystems (deep sea hot springs), creatures that our society calls prehistoric, and mythical animals such as the fire-breathing dragon. Cloning and weather control are examples of man's scientific attempts to emulate God.
