Our Heavenly Father has delegated to His children power, dominion, and authority. Authority is having the power or right to give orders, make a decision and enforce obedience, whereas dominion means to rule and reign. Our Heavenly Father's design is for Christians to be rulers of the earth. The Bible says in Genesis 1:28 "Fill the earth and subdue it; have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over every living thing that moves in the earth."
