There are three classifications of mankind: the natural man, the carnal man, and the spiritual man. The natural man is unregenerate, devoid of the Spirit, and has no appreciation for the gospel. The carnal man is regenerate. But he lives much like an unregenerate man. He is a believer with childish ways. In other words, he is an immature Christian living more by human opinion than by the Word of God. The spiritual man possesses a spiritual maturity and responds to the truth of the Word of God. In this teaching, Dr. Frederick K.C. Price asks believers to examine themselves in light of these three classification.
