God's order for children is summed up in a singles command: "Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right" (Ephesians 6:1). This scripture means that children should obey their parents as long as what the parent tells the child is consistent with godly principles. Suggestions for disciplining young children and rebellious teenagers are also included.
