That Jesus Forgiveness #04

Through Jesus’ sacrifice, believers are already forgiven and redeemed (Ephesians 1:7). Because God has freely forgiven us, we are called to forgive others.
Paul’s life shows that no past is too dark for God’s grace—the man who persecuted the church became a servant of Christ (Acts 9:1–6; 1 Timothy 1:13–14).

Biblical repentance is a change of mind, not holding onto guilt or grudges (Romans 12:2). Unforgiveness belongs to the old nature, but we are called to walk in the Spirit (Galatians 5:16).
God chooses not to remember our sins (Hebrews 8:12), so we must choose to live free release unforgiveness and walk in the new nature Christ gave us.
