Many people have the mistaken idea that God is off somewhere by Himself. They think He is not cognizant if what is going on in this earth realm, or that He is not really concerned about their lives as individuals. To the contrary, says Dr. Frederick K.C. Price. Our heavenly Father is interested in our individual lives, based on I Peter 5:7, "casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you." In fact, His people occupy a very unique position. In this teaching, Dr. Price characterizes and affirms the love of our heavenly Father. The children of Israel only knew God as a God of judgment and power. The never new Him as heavenly Father. It was not until Jesus came onto the world that anyone could comprehend the love the Father has toward His children. The foundational scripture for this teaching John 16:27 which says, "for the Father Himself loves you, because you have love Me [Jesus], and have believed that I came forth from God."
