The Third Person of the Godhead. The Comforter. The Spirit of Truth. The Sanctifier. The reveler of the deep things of God. He is known by those names and more. No one has ever seen Him, though many have witnessed His power in demonstration. He has a mind, a will and emotions. And He strives, teaches, testifies, convicts, guides, comforts, aids, reveals, sanctifies and commands. He is always present everywhere and is all knowing. He is the power source in the lives of believers. Most Christians have heard of Him, although too few know Him intimately. But He can be received as a gift. He, of course, is the Holy Spirit, the Helper we all need. Jesus said in John 14:26: But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name. He will teach you all things and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you."
